Payment Options
There are 3 payment options for indoor soccer league play on the main field:
- A. One $700 check for the entire team covers all players (max. 15 players).
- B. Or, individual payment of $75 per player per team (min. 10 players).
- C. Or, an individual 4 game payment plan; $25 the first game, $20 the second, $20 the third, $20 the fourth.
Payment for options A and B are due before the first game. Payment for option C is due based on the above payment schedule.

Registration Instructions
All teams must turn in a team registration form. The team registration form will have all of the team Captain’s contact information and a team roster. The team roster is optional at the time of registration but must be complete before the first game.
Additionally, each player must register individually by submitting either the adult or youth registration forms. Players can be added to a team roster only after they have completed individual registration.
All forms can be downloaded below. Please complete the forms and bring them along with payment to the Maracana facility.
